We have found that a 2 month timeline to be a good indicator of what most of our fundraising partners are doing in preparation of their Gala. When reviewing the timeline below, we highly recommend adding Calender Reminders so you can block off time to send out emails and follow up.


8 to 16 Weeks Out
| Send Emails to Sponsors/Ticket Purchasers from previous year

2 Weeks Out | STOP Accepting Auction Items and Start Packaging

1 Week Out | Complete packaging Auction Item so you can properly market Donors/Companies at your event

2 Days Out | Send Email to Attendees about Event (Mobile Bidding, Highlight Auction Items, Parking/Valet, Attire and any other important details)
